THE POWER OF PILATES
Pilates is a three-dimensional workout that balances strength with flexibility and body awareness. Whether taking a NTFQ2 mat class or a class on the equipment, you are learning ways to improve your agility and economy of motion. These skills will carry over into other areas of your life, improving posture and correcting many body imbalances.
While Pilates concentrates on the abdomen and back muscles, it also increases lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing and can improve joint health and bone density.
NTFQ2 is the only health club of its kind in Vietnam and is the only facility to provide world-renowned STOTT Pilates
equipment, such as Reformers and the Cadillac.
NTFQ2 instructors will guide you through a series of exercises and stretches that will have you seeing results and teach your body good habits for a lifetime.
Class Descriptions
Mat Pilates: This class teaches proper breathing techniques and helps to build core
strength, flexibility and agility. Each exercise will aid in posture alignment and balance,
which can in turn help build a stronger, healthier back. 60-min. All levels.
Pilates on the Reformer & Cadillac: Using specialized equipment, you will learn a
series of movements that provide a total body workout while focusing on the core,
breath and proper body alignment. 60-min. All levels.
